Who pays when an employer needs verification?
When a participating employer or staffing firm requests verification through Emprofy, that organization pays for the verification it requires.
Can I reuse previously verified evidence?
Eligible verification status and evidence can remain in your Career Passport while it is still current and reusable, subject to validity, consent, confidentiality, and source restrictions.
Can I read confidential reference responses?
No. Confidential reference responses remain protected from the candidate. You can see request and completion status without seeing the referee's confidential answers.
Does Emprofy replace background screening?
No. Emprofy helps organize and verify professional evidence such as employment, references, credentials, licences, and contractor engagements. It does not replace criminal, credit, or other specialized background-screening services.
