Are the $29 and $49 prices one-time payments?
Yes. Both paid candidate plans require one payment and do not include a recurring subscription charge.
Does Emprofy charge for every verification?
No. Emprofy does not charge candidates for each standard verification request. Identity checks and services provided by external credential issuers or third-party verification providers may have separate fees.
Are references and verifier responses confidential?
Yes. Reference and verifier responses remain confidential and are handled according to Emprofy's consent and access controls.
Can I share my Career Passport with unlimited employers?
Yes. Every plan allows candidates to share their Career Passport with an unlimited number of employers.
What happens when a digital badge expires?
Digital badges are valid for two years. After expiry, the candidate can recreate the badge using the applicable current record and validation requirements.
Are identity and credential checks included?
Standard Emprofy record and reference requests are included according to the plan. Identity verification and third-party credential verification costs are charged separately.
What does the early-adopter price lock mean?
Your paid plan price will not increase, and Emprofy will not remove the access included with your purchased plan because of a later plan or pricing change.
Will translation cost extra later?
Future translation functionality is included for eligible paid early-adopter users at no additional plan cost once the feature becomes available.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You may close your account at any time. Paid purchases are eligible for a full refund when the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if Emprofy changes its plans?
Existing paid users keep the access included with the plan they purchased. Later plan changes will not reduce that protected access.
Third-party charges are determined by the applicable identity provider, credential issuer, or verification service.
